
Every free steps forward has a step backwards too. At this point I have been creating images for just a year, well creating Lino cut images. I have been photographing and doodling for ages.
To do the tibouchina I took a photograph on my phone, and of course the wide angle lens made the nearby lead look large. Instead of compensation for this I just foolishly copied it.
It looks a little bit like leaf with flowers rather the other way around.
I also had great trouble getting the deep purple of the tibouchina. But out is what it is.
